Suka2cuci Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the suka2cuci platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
By using the suka2cuci platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the suka2cuci website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users without exception, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing content or services through our website. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use suka2cuci's services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. suka2cuci reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or closed immediately without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. Use a strong, unique password. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. suka2cuci is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in maintaining account security.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities under Malaysian law. This includes money laundering, attempting to hack the system, using automated software (bots), and any actions that disrupt the experience of other users.
Suka2cuci reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or provides false information. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, the account balance may not be refunded, depending on the severity of the violation.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the suka2cuci platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid before making any deposit or withdrawal.
Deposits may only be made using approved payment methods. suka2cuci accepts no responsibility for transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers. All deposits are final once confirmed by the system.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and the minimum withdrawal requirements in place. suka2cuci reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method.
In the event of a technical error or incorrect credit to an account, suka2cuci reserves the right to correct the error and recover any amounts credited mistakenly. Users are not entitled to retain funds that were credited in error.
Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Suka2cuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Suka2cuci's maximum liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the suka2cuci platform — including logos, text, graphics, layouts, software, and code — is the exclusive property of suka2cuci or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from suka2cuci.
Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in appropriate legal action under applicable Malaysian law.

The suka2cuci platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as licensed payment and game providers. suka2cuci is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Suka2cuci reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will be displayed on this page along with the effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
